Goals & Objectives of the AAHA

The AAHA will work to promote better understanding and acceptance of the sport of hunting at the local, regional and national level. The AAHA will increase involvement of African American individuals and families in hunting and associated outdoor sports such as camping, hiking, fishing, biking, photography, etc. The AAHA will increase the opportunity for African American hunters to obtain state of the art or the best hunting equipment each hunter can afford. The AAHA will provide increased opportunities fo African Americans to hunt locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

The making of a great "Outdoor Show"

From the beginning the African American Hunting Association has been about inclusiveness and encouragement.  Adding a video program about hunting, fishing and other outdoor activities was a natural outgrowth of our dream.  We teamed up with NLE Media Productions in 2008 to co-produce the " Outdoor Show" for the African American Hunting Association.

After 9 months of field & studio work we have assembled 13 episodes of our adventures and we want to share our stories with you.
